Stays at more expensive properties attract higher rates of course giving you a larger set of miles.

Worth Booking?

This offer is not quite as generous as previous Rocketmiles sign-up offers as they haven’t had the restriction in terms of the 3 nights for the full 4,000 miles bonus.  However this offer could work out really well if you’ve got a potential stay at a boutique hotel that you might not collect points from otherwise.

The prices for using a service like Rocketmiles or Kaligo are often more expensive than a traditional OTA like Expedia or through the hotel itself so you are effectively paying for the miles.

Note that with Rocketmiles as with Kaligo you won’t earn status credit or hotel points for your stay.  Some brands will still give you benefits but it’s discretionary.

Other Earning Options

Don’t forget that is a partner and has a wider selection of hotels.  In addition they also have the Citibank credit cards in Singapore as partners – these can attract earning rates of 10 miles per $S1.
