Hilton Honors have been a bit naughty and changed the terms and conditions for this offer, it’s still available to everyone, but the registration date has moved forward – the original post is below with all the updates.
Hilton Honors are offering free Gold status for everyone after just 3 stays at their hotels via a new “Fast Track” promotion that’s with Oneworld Airline Air Berlin.
Many of the Hilton Honors Gold fast track promotions are usually targeted, this particular one is completely open and is actively being advertised on the Air Berlin website under its new and special offers site. As that’s for their top bonus scheme you should join to be sure.
Hilton Honors Gold throughout 2016
There are a few rules that you need to follow to achieve the Gold Fast track Offer:
1. Register before 30th September 2015 at the following site:
2. Complete the Hilton stays within 90 days of registering at the link above. Note that is 3 stays not nights, and it can be with any of the Hilton brands
Any reward stays and Cash and Points stays will count towards the status too.
If you are based in Singapore or Malaysia the best options are stays at the Hilton brands in Kuala Lumpur (there are 3) or the DoubleTree in Johore Bahru.
As the date has moved forward you can no longer retain the status for 2017 as well as 2016, but it’s still good until March 2017 if you register and achieve the Fast track within 90 days.
Hilton HHonors Gold throughout 2016 and 2017! If you register for the promotion after October the 1st and complete your third stay in January 2016, before the 90 days expire then technically you could earn Gold in 2016 and therefore your status won’t expire until March 2018.
Is Hilton Honors Gold Worth It?
Hilton Gold is probably the best mid-tier status of any hotel chain. These are the headline benefits:
- Space-available room upgrades
- Continental breakfast
- 25% bonus on all Base Points, getting you to free nights even faster
- Late Check Out on Request
I’ve had Hilton Honors Gold status for a number of years now and actually first obtained it through a Fast Track offer.
Generally, I find that Hilton is pretty good at upgrading the rooms I have and the staff is usually good at accommodating any special requests I have as a Gold member.
Obviously, though the free breakfast is the main draw, and can be a good saving if you are traveling with someone.
If work is paying for the stay you can for some brands switch the free breakfast benefit for an extra 1,000 bonus points instead (a bit cheeky though!)

As I said I’ve used a Hilton HHonors Fast Track before and it’s definitely a good way to get status early on. Have you used one before?
